75 minutes Massage treatment with discussion on presenting issues and goals with consultation for further hypnotherapy sessions.
Including discussion of pre-filled forms, any previous therapy experience, goals, concerns and anything between.
The aim of this session is to build trust and understanding in both client and therapist for a solid foundation for further work.
This session contains a generic ego strengthening relaxation script and its recording to be taken home.
Hypno-Massage Treatment
£120/60 mins or £150/90 mins
60 or 90 minutes session with the aim to deepen the impact of the hypnotherapy, achieving further results and tackling obstacles.
Recordings are being made for at home usage.
Hypnotherapy/ Consultation
£80/60 mins
60 minutes hypnotherapy session for those who prefer to separate the experiences.
While in my experience hypnotherapy is best to be combined with massage, I wouldn’t wish to turn anyone away who doesn’t like massage.
