Prior the first meeting there is a series of forms which needs to be filled to make sure the treatment is safe and suitable in every way.

This will be then discussed during the consultation session, alongside with the details on the experienced issue or the subject of the hypnotherapy.

This is a relaxed conversation where each party can get to know the other person, to feel more relaxed and create a therapeutic alliance, which helps feeling more supported and motivated.

This is also the time to ask questions, set boundaries and clarify anything that might not be clear or desired!

This session depending on the needs of the client can be 60 or 90 minutes.
